Job Title: Salesforce Solutions Architect
Location: Atlanta, GA or Miami, FL (Onsite 3 days per week)
Experience: 10+ years in Salesforce (including 3–5 years in Architecture)
Position Overview

  • We are seeking a Salesforce Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable enterprise Salesforce solutions.
  • This role plays a key part in establishing and maturing a Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE), ensuring consistent implementation standards, seamless integrations, and platform innovation across business units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise goals and CoE governance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design integrations and automation that enhance business efficiency.
  • Define architectural standards, reusable frameworks, and best practices across projects.
  • Lead technical discussions and present high-level design recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Champion continuous platform improvement and innovation initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of Salesforce experience, including 3–5 years in a true Salesforce Architecture role.
  • Hands-on expertise in Vlocity (OmniStudio) and Field Service Lightning (FSL).
  • Working knowledge of AWS Connect or Service Cloud Voice (SCV).
  • Proven ability to drive architectural conversations proactively and strategically.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional presence with enthusiasm and confidence during stakeholder interactions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience establishing or contributing to a Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE).
  • Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns, API management, and data governance.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce scalability, data modeling, and best practices for large organizations.
