DISPATCHERS are responsible for monitoring radios, phones, clock ins and outs, and scheduling for Officers nationwide in several states. Dispatch Operators must work on site in our Dispatch Center.

JOB DESCRIPTION

This position is for a day, mid and night shift officer. Friday, Saturday and Sunday availability each week is a must. Potential to obtain additional shifts, is possible, if necessary.

Dispatch Operators Must:

  • Assist employees and visitors with any concerns they might have.
  • Escalate emergency situations to Law Enforcement as necessary.
  • Adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures.
  • Follow proper chain of command
  • Be detail oriented and document communications through proper channels.
  • Timeliness is essential

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • One (1) year if dispatch experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of basic security techniques.
  • Availability to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation. Comfortable kneeling, carrying, bending, walking and standing for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to maintain satisfactory attendance and punctuality standards.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing for the purpose of public interaction and report writing.
  • Neat and professional appearance, in accordance with established company standards.
  • Ability to handle typical and crisis situations efficiently and effectively.
  • Ability to wear issued uniform.
  • No Misdemeanor or Felony Convictions.
  • Ability to pass a drug test.
  • Ability to pass background check.

AVAILABILITY

  • There are several positions available. This will be our first nationwide Dispatch Center. Dispatch Operators will have the opportunity to shape the success of our operations.
  • Full and Part Time positions available
  • 90-day probationary period.
  • Promotional opportunities may be available for the right individuals.

EMPLOYER OFFERINGS

  • Dispatch Operator position compensation is based on the individual's experience. Pay is hourly based ranging between $14.00 and $16.00 per hour.
