Position Summary:

As our Dispatcher, you'll play a key role in keeping our service department running smoothly. You'll coordinate schedules, support technicians, communicate with customers, and help us deliver the top-quality service DM Air Conditioning is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a positive, professional customer experience every time.
  • Manage and update daily schedules for all service technicians.
  • Prioritize service calls based on urgency and customer need.
  • Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, updates, or delays.
  • Take inbound calls to schedule service appointments.
  • Track daily call counts and revenue goals to support company targets.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and notes in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with technicians, sales, and office staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Report any service issues to leadership to maintain 100% satisfaction.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in dispatching or customer service (HVAC or trades preferred).
  • Strong communication and people skills — friendly, clear, and confident.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.).
  • Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Knowledge of South Florida geography a plus.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.

Physical & Schedule Requirements:

  • Office-based role (80% computer/phone work).
  • May occasionally lift up to 10 lbs.
  • Must be able to work extended hours or weekends as needed.
