$80,000 – $120,000

Introduction:

A respected, mission-driven architecture practice in New York City is seeking a Project Architect to join their team dedicated to transit, infrastructure, and civic-focused design. With a strong presence across major public-sector projects, the studio offers a collaborative and forward-thinking environment based in New York City, with meaningful opportunities to grow your career while shaping impactful urban spaces.

This opportunity would be ideal for a Project Architect with strong experience in large civic, transit, or infrastructure projects, confident leading teams through all phases from initial concept through construction.

Package:

  • $80,000 – $120,000

Office:

  • New York City

  • Full-time, hybrid

Duties:

  • Lead project teams through all phases from design to construction

  • Oversee documentation, coordination, and technical delivery

  • Guide construction administration on complex urban and infrastructure projects

  • Coordinate with agencies, consultants, and internal disciplines

  • Develop design solutions, presentations, and project narratives

  • Support visualisation and modelling using Revit and supplementary software

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture

  • Strong background in infrastructure and civic project work

  • Team leadership and coordination experience

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Revit

  • Functional knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion, TwinMotion, Enscape, and/or Rhino
