This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Architect with a strong background in designing and delivering large-scale, complex projects, particularly in the hospitality and mixed-use sectors. You will play a key role in the technical execution and client interaction, working alongside a dynamic team on impactful projects.

Package:

  • $100,000 - $120,000

Hours:

  • Full-time, flexible working hours available.

Duties:

  • Lead the technical design and delivery of large-scale mixed-use and hospitality projects.

  • Prepare detailed design documents and specifications.

  • Oversee all phases of the project, from design to construction administration.

  • Coordinate with clients and consultants to ensure design integrity and project success.

  • Conduct technical reviews, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.

  • Mentor junior staff and assist in their professional development.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in Construction Administration (CA).
