*This role is hybrid, requiring three days per week onsite in our Needham, MA headquarters.*
We're seeking an Account Executive to join our growing sales team. This role will focus on ParrotAI, Advisor360°'s cutting-edge AI-powered productivity tool that helps wealth management firms streamline compliance, client engagement, and advisor workflows.

Here's What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle for ParrotAI, from prospecting through close, with a focus on mid-market and enterprise wealth management firms.
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and developing account strategies.
- Lead discovery sessions with executives, advisors, and operations teams to understand business challenges and demonstrate how ParrotAI creates measurable value.
- Deliver compelling demos and presentations that showcase ParrotAI's capabilities in compliance automation, productivity, and client engagement.
- Partner with Sales Engineering and Solutions Architects to design tailored proposals and solution recommendations.
- Negotiate contracts, manage deal cycles, and consistently exceed quota expectations.
- Provide feedback to Product and Marketing teams to inform ParrotAI's roadmap and positioning in the market.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Advisor360°, representing our vision for the future of AI in WealthTech.
What You Bring To The Table
- 5–7 years of successful B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally within fintech, WealthTech, or adjacent verticals.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a consultative sales environment.
- Experience selling AI-driven or data-rich SaaS solutions is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of wealth management, broker-dealers, RIAs, or compliance workflows.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills—comfortable engaging with both C-suite and frontline advisors.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Solutions, Product, and Marketing to deliver tailored solutions.
- A growth mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
