We are seeking a highly motivated and professional individual to join our team as a Professional Service Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients during all stages of their projects. You will work closely with our sales, design, and production teams to ensure that our clients' needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing timely and accurate information about our products and services
  • Collaborate with the sales team to prepare quotes and proposals for potential projects
  • Work closely with the design team to develop customized solutions for clients, taking into consideration their specific requirements and budget
  • Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to clients
  • Monitor project progress and communicate updates to clients, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
  • Conduct site visits and attend client meetings as needed to provide technical support and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project details in our CRM system
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor information to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales support role, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Knowledge of architectural panels and steel products is a plus
