What You'll Do

As an integral member of our team, you'll:

  • Engage Customers: Assist clients with expertise on parts, accessories, and systems, ensuring their needs are met with the right solutions.
  • Generate Revenue: Identify opportunities, prepare accurate quotes, process orders, and close sales through strong negotiation and relationship skills.
  • Build Relationships: Cultivate long-term partnerships that foster repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Leverage Expertise: Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product innovations to guide purchasing decisions.
  • Strategize for Growth: Develop and execute effective sales strategies that align with dealership goals and maximize profitability.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: Prior sales experience in automotive parts, aftermarket sales, or related industries is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of automotive systems and aftermarket products.
  • Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, close deals, and overcome objections.
  • Customer Focus: Professional, friendly, and solutions-oriented with excellent relationship-building skills.
