The Program Support Analyst II provides intermediate-level analytical, policy, and management support to WHS leadership. The Analyst evaluates the effectiveness of programs and operations, develops internal policies, and produces reports and briefings for management consumption. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in using Microsoft 365 to prepare visual and written deliverables that inform leadership decisions.

Essential Functions

  • Develop and refine internal policies, procedures, and management reports in support of WHS operations.
  • Analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of directorate, division, and branch programs.
  • Collect, interpret, and analyze datasets to identify performance trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare professional presentations, briefings, charts, and visual products for senior leadership.
  • Provide recommendations to management on program and process enhancements.
  • Review and validate content and data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure policy and procedural standardization.
  • Support senior analysts in preparing management summaries, dashboards, and written assessments.
  • Participate in data calls and prepare supporting documentation for higher-level reporting.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Data Analytics, or related field required.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of relevant professional experience in program analysis, policy, or management support within a DoD or federal setting.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel (advanced formulas, charts), PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Citizenship and Security Clearance

  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • An Active Secret Security Clearance is required.
