The Excalibur Group is currently seeking a Program Analyst for a local contract in Washington, DC.

** Will be subject to a background check prior to employment. **
 
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Performs complex evaluations of existing program options, acquisition strategies, management procedures, processes, techniques, models, and systems related to program issues.
  • Conduct cost-benefit and risk analyses to assess program performance and recommend solutions for improvement.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and recommendations to inform leadership and stakeholders
  • Principal duties include developing work breakdown structures and preparing charts, tables, graphs, and diagrams to assist in problem analysis.
  • Track and analyze program milestones, risks, and resource utilization to ensure efficient execution.
  • Collaborate with managers, project teams, and external partners to support program integration and coordination.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Education:  Bachelor's degree
  • If you do not have a Bachelor's degree, the following may be substituted:
    • High school diploma plus four (4) years of relevant experience
    • Associate degree plus two (2) years of relevant experience
    • Professional certification may be substituted for an additional year of relevant experience.
  • Five (5) years of previous experience as a Program Analyst.
PAY
  • $50/hour
