Program Analyst

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs complex evaluations of existing program options, acquisition strategies, management procedures, processes, techniques, models, and systems related to program issues.
- Conduct cost-benefit and risk analyses to assess program performance and recommend solutions for improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and recommendations to inform leadership and stakeholders
- Principal duties include developing work breakdown structures and preparing charts, tables, graphs, and diagrams to assist in problem analysis.
- Track and analyze program milestones, risks, and resource utilization to ensure efficient execution.
- Collaborate with managers, project teams, and external partners to support program integration and coordination.
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- If you do not have a Bachelor's degree, the following may be substituted:
- High school diploma plus four (4) years of relevant experience
- Associate degree plus two (2) years of relevant experience
- Professional certification may be substituted for an additional year of relevant experience.
- Five (5) years of previous experience as a Program Analyst.
- $50/hour
