Luxury Asset Sales & Acquisition Specialist

Location: Vasco Assets, Newport Beach, CA

Position Overview:

We seek a motivated Luxury Asset Sales & Acquisition Specialist with a strong focus on both acquiring and selling high-value items such as jewelry, watches, and other luxury assets. This role involves engaging directly with clients looking to sell or purchase luxury items, evaluating and negotiating asset acquisitions, and facilitating sales to meet company goals. You'll work closely with the Senior Buyer, providing exceptional customer service, building trust, and ensuring a smooth and transparent process for all client transactions. We are open to training on aspects of industry knowledge relating to luxury asset valuation to support your growth and success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

· Luxury Asset Acquisition: Evaluate, authenticate, and negotiate the purchase of jewelry, watches, and other high-value assets from customers.

· Sales Facilitation: Assist clients in purchasing jewelry and luxury items from inventory, offering expert guidance and recommendations.

· Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients looking to sell or purchase luxury assets and guide them through the transaction process.

· Jewelry & Watch Evaluation: Assess quality, authenticity, and market value while staying updated on industry trends.

· Negotiation & Pricing: Educate customers on resale values, present competitive offers, and finalize acquisitions or sales.

· Account Management: Track client interactions, manage follow-ups, and maintain long-term customer relationships.

· Email & Digital Outreach: Engage with leads via email and online platforms to generate acquisition and sales opportunities.

· Social Media & Content Support: Contribute to brand presence by coordinating product visuals and client-focused content.

Qualifications:

· Must-Haves:

· Proven ability to engage customers through personalized communication and follow-up strategies.

· Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for building rapport and maintaining client relationships.

· Experience in luxury sales, acquisitions, or customer account management.

· Familiarity with CRM systems to track customer interactions and manage leads.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

· Bachelor's degree.

· Nice-to-Haves:

· Familiarity with watches, coins, and other collectible assets.

· GIA Gemologist Graduate certification.

· Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple transactions.

· Analytical skills to assess customer needs and market trends.

· Experience with online marketing, SEO, and content creation is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

· Hourly Pay: $25–$30

· Medical, vacation, sick time, and holidays.

Schedule:

· Full-time: Monday to Friday

· On-site in Newport Beach, CA

Requirements:

· Valid driver's license.

· Ability to commute to Newport Beach, CA.
