At Keller Williams OC Luxury, who you work with matters. We are looking for a licensed Showing Agent who wants to learn to build a successful real estate career while earning rewarding commissions in a collaborative and growth-minded environment.

In this opportunity, you'll work alongside top producers, showing properties, hosting open houses, and guiding clients through their home search journey. You'll receive direct coaching, step-by-step mentorship, and daily exposure to real-world transactions that help you open escrow quickly and build lasting confidence in your business.

With the right systems, accountability, and culture, you'll have everything you need to grow into a producing agent and achieve long-term success in real estate.

Compensation:

$140,000 at plan

Responsibilities:

  • Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered
  • Identify homes to show that meet buyers' needs and budgets to help make more sales
  • Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely
  • Quickly and professionally return buyer clients' calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service
  • Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner

Qualifications:

  • Present yourself in a professional manner
  • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease

  • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently

  • Real estate license required
