Web Designer (Full-Time, Hybrid)

Location: Dallas, TX

Schedule: In-office Monday–Thursday, WFH Fridays

About the Role

We're looking for a creative human with good energy, solid instincts, and a genuine love for making websites that look amazing and actually help clients. If you're the type of person who doodles layouts in your notebook or rearranges buttons on websites in your head… you're our kind of weird.

Experience level? Don't stress it. If you've got skills, curiosity, and the kind of potential that makes us go "dang, they've got something," we want to meet you.

What You'll Do

  • Design clean, modern, user-friendly websites.
  • You'll spend a lot of time in Figma.
  • Work with clients directly — brainstorm, present ideas, explain concepts without making people feel dumb.
  • Collaborate with our in-house team of designers, developers, and marketers.
  • Help create brand visuals, mockups, layouts, and all the fun creative stuff.
  • Jump into projects with a "yeah let's figure it out" mentality.
  • Bring good vibes and good communication.

Who You Are

  • A team player who actually likes working around other humans.
  • Creative, curious, and willing to learn new tools.
  • Comfortable talking to clients and explaining design decisions.
  • Organized enough to keep up with projects (nobody's asking you to be a robot).
  • Someone who gives a damn about the quality of their work.
  • Totally cool coming to the office 4 days a week and working from home on Fridays.

Nice-to-Haves (but not dealbreakers)

  • A portfolio or something visual to show off your creativity
  • Basic understanding of UX/UI
  • Any kind of motion/animation/graphic design skills(big plus)
  • A healthy obsession with good typography
