Core Functions of the Client Account Manager

  • Serve as the dedicated contact for assigned accounts, ensuring wireless service needs are anticipated and consistently fulfilled for customers.
  • Oversee account activities, including activations, upgrades, billing adjustments, and enrollments, with data precision and compliance accuracy.
  • Build customer loyalty by delivering consultative guidance, proactive updates, and personalized wireless solutions that drive retention.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve service concerns, align deliverables, and streamline account workflows for efficiency.
  • Identify growth opportunities by analyzing usage data, tracking wireless industry trends, and recommending tailored upgrades or plan enhancements directly to customers.

Education & Experience Needed for the Client Account Manager

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in account management, customer support, or sales within telecommunications, wireless connectivity, or subscription‑based industries.
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills to explain wireless plans, resolve service concerns, and build client trust.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital tools to manage accounts, track performance, and ensure compliance accuracy.
