Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our company's market presence. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and foster long-term client relationships. This role requires a proactive approach to business development, excellent negotiation skills, and proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce. The Business Development Manager will play a critical role in shaping our company's growth trajectory and ensuring sustainable success.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry analysis
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's client base and market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Lead sales initiatives by creating compelling proposals, conducting presentations, and negotiating contracts
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support business growth objectives
  • Manage the sales pipeline using CRM software like Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and account activities
  • Coordinate with project management teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and delivery of services
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities for growth

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within a competitive industry
  • Strong proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Excellent strategic planning, negotiation, and project management skills
  • Ability to develop effective marketing strategies that align with business goals
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building lasting client relationships
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management best practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; relevant experience is highly valued
