As a skilled Project Manager you will  lead a global service project involving cross-regional operations. You will coordinate distributed teams, manage schedules, and ensure smooth delivery of ongoing services across multiple time zones  to ensure successful project execution in alignment with strategic objectives and client expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and oversee project activities, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to SLAs
  • Manage global teams, schedules, and task assignments to maintain seamless service coverage
  • Facilitate communication across regions and ensure project goals and KPIs are met
  • Track progress, report key metrics, and mitigate risks proactively
  • Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
Minimum Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in project or service delivery management
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or ITIL frameworks
  • Proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Smartsheet
  • Excellent stakeholder communication, scheduling, and coordination skills
  • Experience managing global or multi-regional teams
  • Certification preferred: PMP, CSM (Scrum Master), or ITIL Foundation
