The Shop Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Cleaning, washing, and organizing equipment and tools in the shop and yard
  • Working in the shop, and yard, and supporting in various departments as needed
  • Maintaining a high standard of quality control and organization in the shop
  • Running parts as required
  • Cross-training in other departments and supporting in other areas as necessary

Desired Skills and Attributes

  • An ability and willingness to perform physical labor including lifting heavy objects
  • Familiarity with power and hand tools; including a pressure washer
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A positive attitude and desire to learn.
  • A clean driver's license and the ability to work in a drug free environment
  • Mechanically inclined; industry experience is not required but considered an asset
