We are looking for a Fire Sprinkler Test & Inspection Technician to join the team
As the Fire Sprinkler Test & Inspection Technician, you're responsible for the inspection, service and/or repair of fire sprinkler systems. Ensuring high levels of accuracy of these responsibilities and working in accordance with applicable national and local Codes and Standards.
In this role, you will:
- Routinely inspect, test, troubleshoot and service fire sprinkler systems.
- Conduct service calls and perform routine inspections, testing, and preventative maintenance on low voltage systems.
- Troubleshoot systems to determine source of problem and recommend solution(s).
- Determine the presence of other fire protection and building systems, and device locations.
- Conduct fire code compliance follow-ups to ensure that corrective actions are appropriate.
- Document detailed reports of fire inspections performed, fire code violations observed, and recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment on and off site.
- Provide exceptional customer service & develop strong relationships with customers.
- Interface successfully with clients and other branches of business; Administration, Sales, and Management.
Requirements:
- 3 years' experience performing test and inspection of Fire Sprinkler systems.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Familiar with applicable fire and building codes.
- Valid state issued driver's license with acceptable driving record.
