Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sprinkler Fitter/Foreman based in San Diego, CA. area. The responsibilities include installing, repairing, and maintaining fire protection sprinkler systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards. The role involves reviewing plans and blueprints, supervising worksite activities, performing quality checks, and coordinating with clients or other contractors. The Foreman will prioritize safety, accuracy, and timely project completion while keeping detailed reports of work completed and materials utilized.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in the installation, maintenance, and repair of sprinkler systems and fire protection equipment
  • Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, system layouts, and hydraulic calculations
  • Effective team management, leadership, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards, including NFPA codes
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Experience with construction or mechanical systems; technical certifications are a plus
  • Physical capability to work in various conditions and environments, including lifting and climbing ladders
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
