Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Virtual Inbound Coordinator to join our team working remotely. This role involves managing inbound customer inquiries, providing exceptional client support, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the company. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be proficient in various computer applications, and have experience in customer service or call center environments. Multilingual abilities and bilingual skills are a plus to serve our diverse client base effectively.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms with professionalism and courtesy
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering solutions promptly
- Manage data entry tasks accurately within CRM systems and other software tools
- Assist clients with account information, service requests, and product details while maintaining confidentiality
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications to prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation as needed
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive client relationships
- Support outbound calling efforts when necessary to follow up on inquiries or promote services
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client service delivery and issue resolution
- Analyze customer feedback and interactions to identify opportunities for process improvements
Experience
- Prior experience in call center operations, customer support, or client services preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse populations
- Experience with data entry, cash handling (if applicable), and typing accuracy required
- Knowledge of sales techniques and outbound calling strategies is a plus
- Familiarity with analysis skills to interpret customer data and feedback effectively
- Call center experience or related roles involving customer interaction will be considered an asset
