Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support by responding promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring positive client experiences
- Assist with outbound calling campaigns to engage potential clients and follow up on leads or inquiries
- Manage data entry tasks accurately, including updating client records, logging interactions, and maintaining database integrity
- Support sales efforts by communicating product or service information clearly and professionally to clients
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions with customers and team members
- Collaborate with team members to resolve client issues efficiently and escalate complex concerns when necessary
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools and other computer applications to document activities, generate reports, and organize information effectively
Experience
- Previous call center experience or customer service background is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse client bases
- Basic computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and data entry software
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with outbound calling techniques and call center operations is advantageous
- Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Experience in sales or client services roles will help you excel in this position
