to find a
highly skilled and independent Litigation Paralegal
. This role is full-cycle: you'll manage a complex caseload from initial filing through trial, providing critical support and making a tangible difference in our injured clients' lives. This is an incredible opportunity for someone ready to own their docket in a client-first environment.

Your Daily Mission (Key Responsibilities)

As the Litigation Paralegal, you will manage a high-volume caseload with minimal supervision.

  • Case Management:
    Oversee litigation cases from the filing of the complaint all the way through trial.
  • Drafting & Filing:
    Draft essential legal documents (pleadings, discovery, motions) and handle
    e-filing
    in state and federal courts.
  • Coordination:
    Coordinate all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, mediation, and critical
    trial preparation
    .
  • Evidence Analysis:
    Expertly organize and analyze key evidence, including medical records and billing.
  • Communication:
    Maintain professional, clear, and consistent communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

What You'll Bring to the Team (Must-Haves)

We're looking for a seasoned paralegal ready to hit the ground running.

  • Experience:
    3+ years of dedicated plaintiff personal injury litigation experience
    (Trial prep experience is a major bonus).
  • Autonomy:
    Proven ability to manage a
    high-volume caseload independently
    .
  • Compliance:
    Strong, working knowledge of state and federal court rules and procedures.
  • Tech Savvy:
    Proficiency with legal case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Communication:
    Exceptional organizational, time management, verbal, and written skills.
  • Bonus:
    Proficiency in
    Spanish (Bilingual)
    is a significant plus
