Position Overview

We are seeking a Personal Injury Attorney with a minimum of 3+ years of experience at a personal injury law firm. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong litigation background, deep knowledge of the PI industry, and a willingness to work hard on behalf of clients.

You will manage your own caseload, drive litigation strategy, and help establish Oberheiden P.C. as a leader in the injury law market.

This is a rare opportunity to be the first injury attorney at the firm in Georgia — building on the resources, brand, and reputation of a national litigation firm while shaping a new practice group locally.

Responsibilities

  • Handle a wide range of personal injury cases from intake to resolution, including litigation and trial
  • Develop case strategies and oversee discovery, depositions, motions, mediations, and trials
  • Build client relationships and deliver excellent service
  • Collaborate with the firm's national team of litigators across multiple practice areas

Qualifications (Required)

  • Licensed to practice law in Georgia (required)
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience at a personal injury law firm
  • Strong litigation and trial experience
  • Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage a busy caseload, and meet deadlines
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to help grow a practice

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

  • Catastrophic accidents (motorcycle, trucking, wrongful death)
  • Sexual abuse litigation
  • Mass tort litigation
  • Mesothelioma and asbestos-related cases
