Position: Litigation Paralegal
Responsibilities

  • Manage litigation matters, including preparing pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery.
  • Utilize Westlaw for legal research.
  • Handle a wide variety of litigation, with emphasis on commercial litigation.
  • Manage and ensure quality control of electronic documents.
  • Collaborate effectively with clients, attorneys, and staff.

Essential Job Functions

  • Experience: 3+ years as a commercial litigation/Insurance defense paralegal.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work autonomously and also collaborate effectively with a team.

Skills

  • Experience with managing litigation matters.
  • Proficiency in legal research using Westlaw.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
