About the Role
Our client is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven
Account Executive
to join their growing sales team. This role is ideal for professionals with at least two years of sales experience who are ready to build lasting client relationships in a regional, field-based role.
You'll work directly with casino clients across a defined territory, focusing on relationship management, product education, and client retention. This is not a high-pressure prospecting position—it's about developing trust, delivering exceptional service, and growing existing accounts through meaningful, face-to-face connections.
What You'll Do
- Manage and grow relationships with existing casino clients across your territory
- Build long-term partnerships through on-site visits, meetings, and hospitality events
- Travel up to 70% within your region to maintain a strong client presence
- Collaborate with a Senior Sales Leader and Regional VP to meet shared goals
- Support new product launches and expansion of current accounts
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company's values and leadership in the market
- Deliver consistent client communication and ensure satisfaction across all touchpoints
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years of sales or territory management experience
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Self-starter mindset with a high degree of professionalism and accountability
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 70%)
- Preferred experience in relationship-based or route-style sales (medical devices, copiers, or similar)
- Based in or willing to relocate near a major casino hub
Compensation
- Base Salary:
Approximately $70,000 - On-Target Earnings:
$120,000 to $150,000 - Commission:
Paid quarterly, balanced between new sales and account growth
