What You'll Do:
- Plans and implements an individualized and an overall balanced health and wellness program for all members, assuring customer satisfaction to the highest degree possible.
- Provides personal training services and group fitness instruction in and out of the water that offer members programs to maximize workout efficiency, improve fitness, increase stamina, enjoy their fitness experience and improve overall sense of well-being.
- Assists with developing a budget for the annual plan of the Health Club.
- Assures customer satisfaction to the highest degree possible.
What You'll Need:
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in therapeutic recreation, exercise or similar degree preferred.
- Field experiences working with gerontology and/or special populations preferred, in addition to personal training and group fitness instruction on land and in water.
- Additional education with senior/aging, Alzheimer's and dementia training, senior counseling, communications, and spiritual programming preferred.
