  • Reach out to designers, general contractors, and vendors to maintain relationships.
  • Assist with advertising and online listings (Facebook, Google Business, Houzz, etc.).
  • Help organize schedules, coordinate appointments, and manage emails.
  • Maintain and update client records and project files.
  • Assist in social media posting, marketing ideas, and general outreach.
  • Order supplies and support project documentation as needed.
  • Perform other administrative tasks to help streamline daily operations.
  • Follow up with client on outstanding payments and open quotes.
  • Prepare and send estimates and invoices using company software (Joist or similar).

Qualifications

  • Experience in administration, customer service, or marketing (required).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working with email, spreadsheets, and online platforms.
  • Self-motivated, professional, and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Experience with invoicing or construction-based office work is a plus.
