General Manager - Private Club (Atlanta, GA)
An exclusive, high-end hospitality group in Atlanta is seeking a
General Manager
to lead operations for a private club centered around exceptional dining, wine, and member experiences. This venue features a dining room, wine bar, patio, living room, library, and private dining spaces—all designed to deliver best-in-class service in an elevated environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment, hiring, training, and ongoing development of service staff.
  • Oversee scheduling, floor management, payroll, and tip pool administration.
  • Manage financial performance including P&L, labor, food, and beverage cost controls
  • Maintain guest and member satisfaction through strategic reservation and floor planning.
  • Forecast sales, manage operating expenses, and uphold compliance with all local labor and liquor laws.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Preferred Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years of leadership experience within luxury hospitality, fine dining, or private club environments.
  • Proven ability to hire, train, and inspire teams to deliver exceptional service.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with a hands-on, approachable style.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Micros Simphony, Peoplevine, SevenRooms, or 7Shifts (preferred).
  • ServSafe and TIPS/BASSET certified.
  • A genuine appreciation for food and wine culture, with the ability to bring that passion to the member experience.
