Role Description

This
Production Coordinator roles is a
contractor position, working on-site, located in Miami, FL. With the goal of becoming a permanent part of our in-house Production Team in 2026. The Production Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day production planning, assisting our production team to ensure smooth project execution. Tasks include:

-Assist Producers in executing marketing production projects on ship and in

destination for TV, video and print shoots by assisting in Production Admin

needs like but not limited to: manifests, booking travel, FVRs, permits,

paying taxes and fees, and much more.

-Update timelines, coordinate schedules and communicate to teams about

upcoming productions, upcoming asset distribution, and more.

-Draft contracts for productions based on Producers' needs – working off

templates already created by legal.

-Organize and coordinate new vendor paperwork, and other administration

details needed for productions, content creation and more.

-Support the post production and brand teams with edit scheduling, media

trafficking, qc'ing final deliverables, and organizing overall.

-Coordinate meetings with internal content teams on production plans,

content gaps, post production needs, etc.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Organization Skills
  • 2 years related experience in Marketing, Advertising, Production Planning and Production Management.
  • Proficiency in Project Management
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and projects efficiently
  • Attention to detail and time management skills
  • Experience in the cruise line or hospitality industry is a plus but not mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Time and travel flexibility required
  • Travel for TV, Video and Photo shoots will be required to be over weekends and extended normal working hours
