ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:

TelevisaUnivision is seeking for a Production Manager responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities between the sales and production departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients. This role involves managing production schedules, ensuring product quality, and collaborating with the sales team to meet client expectations and revenue goals.

YOUR DAY-DAY:

  • Coordinate sales and production efforts to meet customer demand and delivery timelines.
  • Develop and maintain production schedules aligned with sales forecasts.
  • Monitor production performance and ensure targets are met in terms of quality, cost, and time.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements, customize products/services, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze sales trends to anticipate production needs and adjust capacity accordingly.
  • Lead cross-functional meetings to align production output with sales orders.
  • Manage inventory levels to avoid overproduction or stockouts.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities in production and sales coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

YOU HAVE:

  • 3–5 years of experience in production management, sales operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in a fast-paced or high-volume production environment.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • May involve working in both office and production environments.
  • Occasional travel to vendor or customer sites may be required.
