Accounting Manager – Coastal Hospitality Finance

Location: Pacific City, OR

Salary: $85,000 – $95,000

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily accounting operations including income audit, cash handling, payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare and review journal entries, month-end reports, and reconciliations.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial statement preparation.
  • Lead, train, and develop the accounting team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to company standards.
  • Partner with senior leadership on audits, financial reviews, and operational initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within hospitality or multi-unit operations.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
