We are rebuilding with all new Leadership. This is a unique opportunity to join a Growing Independent Auto Group We are hiring Sales Staff on 3 different levels: Experienced, Moderate and Brand New to the industry

If your a Veteran Sales Agent: We have an enticing Pay Plan that favors you. You get Internet Leads with the support from the BDC. But you are Primary.

If your an Average Sales Agent: We are offering personalized one on one mentoring. Meaning if your stuck at a certain level and want to break into the top performer level. We will help get you there. As long as you want it, then we want to talk.

If your Brand New to the Car Sales profession: We are offering an opportunity to make over $100,000 a year with no experience required, a high school diploma is not even required. This is a personality based job, meaning as long as you have a strong work ethic and the right personality, you can make this a career move

Requirements

  • No Drug Screening
  • Background: you do have to get a Sales License in this state. Some things may disqualify to get the license.
  • Come correct, meaning if you put little to no effort in your resume or appearance at your interview, then your not going to get hired.
  • Great Attitude and a Smile

Pay: $69, $200,000.00 per year
