Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a New/Used Car Sales Consultant. No experience is needed. We will train you. Multiple positions to fill immediately. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding their dream vehicles and guiding them through the car buying process. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth of our company. We're family owned and operated.

Duties:

- Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers

- Provide exceptional customer service

  • Maintain customer service standards

  • Perform cold calling to generate leads and schedule appointments

  • Learn and follow the dealership sales process

  • Present and demonstrate inventory

  • Prepare and review monthly plans with leadership

  • Remain up-to- date on products and certification

  • Master our Client Relationship Management (CRM) software

Requirements:

- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred but not required

- Strong communication skills

- Previous experience in automotive sales or related field is a plus

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building relationships

- Valid Nevada driver's license, good driving record

  • Able to work extended hours, evenings and weekends

-Able to pass drug and background checks

  • Able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the Untied States
