What You'll Do
As a Mazda Sales Consultant, you'll guide customers through every step of their vehicle journey - from discovery to delivery. You'll help match them with the right vehicle while creating an exceptional, personalized experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot
  • Identify customer needs and recommend the right vehicle options
  • Demonstrate and explain vehicle features during test drives
  • Manage the delivery process, ensuring satisfaction and understanding
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up using CRM tools

Qualifications:
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Motivated and customer-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable using technology and sales tools
