Marketing & Communications Specialist
| West Dallas | Onsite | $75K–$85K + Bonus

who thrives on turning ideas into multi-channel campaigns? We're looking for a Marketing & Communications Specialist who can
think strategically, design beautifully, and write compelling content
—all while owning projects from concept to execution.

What You'll Do:

  • Create graphics, brochures, e-newsletters, and social content using
    PowerPoint, Adobe Suite, Canva
    , and more.
  • Write and edit proposals, agendas, and other marketing materials.
  • Manage social media accounts with daily content, engagement, and reporting.
  • Support corporate events and internal initiatives.
  • Maintain CRM data and assist with website content updates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience with
    hands-on content creation and graphic design
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, HubSpot, WordPress, and video editing tools
    .
  • Strong
    B2B storytelling skills
    , creative problem-solving, and the ability to execute campaigns independently.
  • Self-starter mindset who thrives in an evolving environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and design skills.
