We are looking for a talented Human Resources Manager to join our team specializing in Human Resources for our York, SC location.

- Data Accuracy & Insight: Attention to detail in managing HRIS data and the ability to analyze key performance indicators to inform decisions and improve HR investments.
- Comprehensive HR Expertise: Broad knowledge across HR domains—including compensation, benefits, staffing, employee relations, and performance management—to provide holistic support.
- Leadership & Team Development: Experience in mentoring and managing direct reports, assigning work strategically, and providing constructive feedback to foster growth.
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required.

Significant relevant work experience required.
- The work location for this position is York-SC.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resources, including previous leadership experience.
- As the HR Manager, this position will be responsible for developing the HR function, fostering the Right Environment, and managing Employee Relations.
- Will also collaborate with other HR teams to translate corporate initiatives into localized strategies that effectively address both organizational and employee needs.
- Serve as the Human Resources Partner, working closely with the leadership team.
- Champion the company's values and culture by engaging with business leaders and the HR function to align and support organizational planning.
