Title - Project Manager

Location - Rock Hill SC

Type - Fulltime

Compensation - $90K-120K (based on skills and expereince)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Coordinate efforts between internal teams — including design, procurement, production, outside processing, and shipping — to ensure project milestones are met.

  • Review and interpret project drawings, shop details, and technical documentation.

  • Manage project schedules, ensuring on-time delivery and efficient resource allocation.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, proactively communicating project updates and resolving issues.

  • Collaborate with internal leadership to identify process improvements and enhance project outcomes.

  • Travel to customer sites (25-50%) as needed for project reviews, site meetings, and relationship management.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in project management.

  • Demonstrated experience managing projects in a manufacturing, construction, or utility environment.

  • Ability to read and understand project drawings and shop details.

  • Proven experience in project scheduling and coordination.Strong customer-facing and relationship management skills.
