Overview:

Robert Half is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead greenfield manufacturing initiatives and software integration projects for a growing industrial organization. This role oversees end-to-end execution of infrastructure build-outs and ERP-related implementations, ensuring alignment between IT, engineering, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and manage infrastructure build-outs for new facilities, including IT, fiber, power, kiosks, and computing equipment.
  • Lead the integration and deployment of Microsoft D365 and PowerApps solutions.
  • Track and manage project sprints using Azure DevOps (or JIRA).
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects from initiation through delivery.
  • Coordinate design, testing, and implementation resources for new systems.

Technical Environment:

  • Microsoft-centric environment (Dynamics, PowerApps, Sales & Operations).
  • ERP ecosystem with EDI and Logic Apps integrations.
  • Collaborative IT group with strong engineering partnership.
  • Working alongside third-party system integrators and accounting/IT consultants.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing projects in manufacturing environments, including greenfield site builds.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft D365, Azure DevOps, PowerApps, and related Microsoft technologies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage people, resources, vendors, and timelines.
  • Ability to work fully on-site in Rock Hill, SC.
