is seeking a dynamic and experienced
Key
Account Manager
to oversee one of our key strategic partnerships. This role requires a deep understanding of consumer cybersecurity and identity theft protection solutions, along with a strong technical background. The ideal candidate will have experience in not only account management but also be familiar with new product development and API/SDKs integrations. Though this is mostly a remote role, candidates must be able to work closely with both internal teams and external partners to ensure the success of this high-impact partnership.


Remote role, Seattle area required
While F-Secure has no office in Seattle, the selected person must reside near Seattle to support on-site collaboration at our partner's offices

The role may require
occasional travel
(up to 40 %) for meetings, industry conferences, and partnership engagements.

The estimated
base salary
for this role is about

to

k
/year (+ commission), but it is negotiable based on your skills & experience.

Key Responsibilities In This Role

  • Serve as primary point of contact for a large strategic partner, ensuring alignment on strategic goals and managing day-to-day operations
  • Provide technical expertise for product development, API/SDK integrations, and troubleshooting complex issues
  • Identify and pursue revenue growth opportunities within the partnership, developing go-to-market strategies for new solutions
  • Design and implement long-term partnership strategies aligned with broader business objectives
  • Oversee integration of cybersecurity and identity protection products into partner's offerings
  • Drive partner success through customer feedback analysis and continuous service improvement
  • Track and report KPIs, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams

What are we looking for?

  • 7+ years in strategic account or partner management, preferably in cybersecurity or identity protection
  • Technical proficiency with API/SDK integrations and product development processes
  • Deep knowledge of consumer cybersecurity market, trends, and competitive landscape
  • Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage both C-level executives and technical teams
  • Strategic thinking combined with tactical execution capabilities
  • Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 20-30% travel expected)

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Business, or related field
  • Experience with carrier/telecom partnerships
  • Existing relationships within the Seattle tech ecosystem
  • Certifications in cybersecurity (CISSP, CISA, etc.)
