Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Builder Account & Sales Manager to oversee the sales operations for multiple new construction communities throughout Seattle and surrounding areas. This key role acts as the primary liaison between our builder clients and our brokerage, ensuring that each community's sales and marketing strategy is effectively executed. The Builder Account and Sales Manager will also actively manage the site and sales teams to achieve monthly sales metrics.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the local housing market, and can translate data into actionable sales insights and recommendations. This is a salaried position with performance-based bonuses, offering the opportunity to shape a more efficient, results-driven new construction sales system.
Key Responsibilities
· Serve as the primary point of contact for all builder clients; conduct weekly meetings to review sales activity, pricing, and strategy.
· Oversee and coordinate site staffing in collaboration with partner brokerages.
· Meet with site teams and ensure full alignment with expectations and processes.
· Review and analyze housing market trends, competitive positioning, and absorption rates for each community.
· Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that align with builder's goals.
· Manage the flow of leads in partnership with the Sales Development Representative (Lead Facilitator) and ensure timely follow-up.
· Ensure CRM accuracy and consistency for prospect data and sales activity.
· Function as an outside broker liaison and follow up with them to facilitate offers.
· Review offers and support contract negotiations, both directly and indirectly, and transaction processes.
· Conduct bi-monthly sales meetings and contribute to strategic discussions regarding community performance and growth opportunities.
· Prepare reports summarizing builder performance metrics, sales pace, and pricing recommendations.
· Oversee VWP Real Estate listings of non-new construction properties.
· Negotiate, and/or provide negotiation support for all transactions.
Qualifications
· 3+ years of experience in residential new construction, sales operations, or builder account management.
· Strong understanding of the Seattle-area new home market.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable recommendations.
· Highly organized and self-motivated; able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
· Proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
· Washington State real estate license required.
Compensation
Base Salary: $100K depending on experience and qualifications
Bonus: Tied to performance metrics.
