As our Account Manager (Associate to Senior level depending on experience), you'll be the bridge between Marketing and our business partners — turning strategies into compelling campaigns that connect with customers and drive results.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications):
  • Associate Account Manager: $58,656 - $75,078, plus annual bonus opportunity.
  • Account Manager: $66,500 - $86,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
  • Sr. Account Manager: $74,000 - $95,500, plus annual bonus opportunity.
  • 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Be the connector. Build strong relationships across Marketing and our business segments to understand their goals, products, and target audiences.
  • Bring campaigns to life. Manage marketing programs from kickoff through launch — ensuring projects are on time, on budget, and on brand.
  • Stay curious. Keep up with marketing trends, campaign performance, and competitive insights to help shape smarter strategies.
  • Keep us accountable. Support campaign tracking, monitor results, and partner with Analytics to optimize performance and learn from every effort.
  • Collaborate across teams. Partner with creative, digital, and agency teams to develop marketing materials that deliver on business needs and brand standards.
  • Tell the story. Present campaign ideas and updates to stakeholders, keeping everyone informed and aligned on progress.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • 3+ years of experience managing creative accounts or marketing programs — either in-house or at an agency.
  • A solid understanding of marketing and advertising principles across traditional and digital channels.
  • Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills — you know how to translate marketing strategy into action.
  • Comfort working with project management tools like Workfront and Microsoft Office.
  • A proactive, relationship-driven mindset with a passion for quality and detail.
  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
