We are seeking self-motivated leaders to join our team as Assistant Managers at Sweat440. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in our fitness facility, overseeing daily operations and supporting our members on their fitness journey. Responsibilities:

  1. Coaching: Provide exceptional coaching and support to our members, helping them achieve their fitness goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Lead by example and create a positive and motivating atmosphere within the facility.

  2. Studio Operations: Assist in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the facility. This includes maintaining cleanliness, managing equipment, and coordinating class schedules.

  3. Membership Growth: Actively contribute to the growth of our membership base by engaging with potential members, conducting tours, and promoting the benefits of our fitness programs. Utilize your leadership skills to motivate the team and surpass membership growth goals.

  4. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the management team to ensure a cohesive and high-performing environment. Provide valuable input, share best practices, and actively contribute to the overall success of the facility.

Requirements:

  1. Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a team. Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, or team management.

  2. Passion for Fitness: A genuine passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle. Knowledge of various training methodologies and fitness programs is preferred.

  3. Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively engage with members, team members, and management.

  4. Self-Motivation: A proactive and self-driven attitude with the ability to take initiative and work independently. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

  5. Customer Service Orientation: A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and creating a positive member experience.
