Undertow Tattoos, a vibrant and dynamic tattoo studio located in the heart of Coral Springs, Florida, is seeking a skilled and personable Front Counter Receptionist to join our team. If you have a passion for the art of tattooing, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service Excellence:

  2. Greet and assist clients with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.

  3. Provide information about the studio's services, artists, and pricing.

  4. Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage appointment scheduling.

  5. Ensure a positive customer experience from the moment clients walk in the door.

  6. Administrative Support & Shop Care:

  7. Work closely with tattoo artists to schedule appointments and consultations.

  8. Keep track of artist schedules and availability.

  9. Manage appointment cancellations and rescheduling when necessary.

  10. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

  11. Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage financial transactions accurately.

  12. Assist in maintaining client records and updating databases.

  13. Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.

  14. Perform cleaning and closing chores when applicable.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with the tattoo industry is a plus.

  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and experience with scheduling software.

  • Bi-lingual if possible (Spanish/English)
