We are looking for a full time permanent Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team based in Parkland, near Coral Springs. Ideally you will speak both English and Spanish fluently.

This is a busy and exciting role in which you will be working as part of a team assisting our clients with customer service . You will also assist with the accounts team so some billing experience or Square usage would be a plus.

Your duties include:

  • Assisting clients who are on our diary
  • Communicating with our Studios and Team Managers
  • Confirming appointments
  • Moving and rescheduling appointments
  • Dealing with general inquiries and directions
  • Assisting with Administrative duties
  • Utilizing our text and email systems to respond to clients
  • Forwarding messages to other team members

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

Personal attributes:

  • Must have customer service experience with a professional telephone manner.
  • Must be fluent in both English & Spanish
  • Enjoy talking to people in an upbeat manner.
  • Have a high level of organizational skills.
  • Have a keen eye for detail and an exceptional level of accuracy
  • Be self-motivated with a strong character and positive attitude.
  • Be hard working, enthusiastic, and reliable.
  • Be able to work as part of a team and also on own initiative.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30, $35,000.00 per year
