Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on customer vehicles, including oil changes, brake repair, tire rotations, and engine diagnostics.
  • Accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical problems using industry-standard tools and software.
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle issues and repair recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Stay current with manufacturer updates and technical training to continuously improve skills.
  • Ensure all service work complies with company policies and manufacturer guidelines.
Requirements
  • Prior experience as an automotive technician, preferably in a dealership environment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of automotive systems.
  • Ability to use diagnostic equipment and tools effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
