Now, we're raising the bar once again with the launch of our brand-new, state-of-the-art, climate-controlled Service Center — built with both comfort and craftsmanship in mind. We are looking for someone to take on the role of Service Manager. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Service Manager with experience in building a successful Service Center or a Senior Service Writer ready for a challenge with the next step in career advancement.

Service Manager

As Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing, recruiting and GROWING the service department, ensuring that customer vehicles and inventory vehicles are repaired efficiently and to high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of service technicians and support staff.
  • Coordinate customer vehicle repairs and internal vehicles with recommended maintenance schedules.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding service.
  • Prospect for business and recruiting opportunities
  • Ensure workshop safety and compliance with regulations.
  • Monitor inventory and order parts as needed.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in automotive service management position or a Senior Advisor ready to make the next step in your career growth.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of vehicle repair processes and best practices.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Dealertrack and X-time experience
