Job Title: Blue Line Worker - Pool Maintenance

Lead Pool Technician Job Responsibilities:

  • Balancing Chemicals: Measure and add chemicals to maintain proper water chemistry:
  • Soda Ash
  • Bicarbonate
  • Calcium
  • Shock
  • Algaecide
  • Chlorine Stabilizer
  • Phosphate Remover
  • Chlorine Tablets
  • Acid
  • Salt
  • Cleaning Motor Basket: Prevent motor clogging by regularly cleaning the motor basket.
  • Driving Responsibilities: Drive to customers' locations daily to perform pool maintenance tasks.
  • Evaluate Pool Issues: Identify and assess any pool maintenance or equipment issues that may arise during visits to customer locations.
  • Check and Balance Water Chemistry: Conduct regular tests and adjustments to ensure proper water chemistry balance.
  • Looking for: Service Technician who is capable of electrical and plumbing to include motor replement, sand filter service, heater installation, salt cell installation, liner replacements, and leaks.

Requirements:

  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting or carrying objects weighing between 25 to 50 pounds, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Knowledge of pool maintenance chemicals and equipment is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to reach customers' locations.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions for safe handling of chemicals.
  • Must wear gloves and a mask when handling chemicals for safety and health purposes.
