OverviewWe are seeking a skilled CNC Press Brake Operator to join our dynamic team in Marion, OH. If you have a passion for precision and a knack for operating CNC machinery, this is the perfect opportunity for you In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC press brake machines to bend and form metal components according to specifications.Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine job requirements.Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards.Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve production efficiency and quality.Document production data and report any discrepancies or issues to management.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical training in CNC machining is a plus.Proven experience as a CNC Press Brake Operator or similar role.Strong understanding of CNC programming and operation.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing setting.Why choose Acloche?At Acloche, we are invested in the success of our employees.
