Overview

We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our dynamic team in Marion, OH. As a Press Brake Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring precision and quality in the bending and shaping of metal components. Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and shape metal parts according to specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine job requirements.
  • Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on press brake equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance productivity.
  • Document production data and maintain accurate records of work performed.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining or manufacturing is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Press Brake Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes and techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Familiarity with various types of press brake machines and tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
