What You'll Run
- Lead BOH daily operations like a pro
- Cook on the line during service & handle prep as needed
- Maintain portioning, recipe accuracy, and food cost targets
- Train staff and enforce standards — no shortcuts, no excuses
- Order smart, reduce waste, keep inventory tight
- Help improve systems for speed, consistency, and quality
- Collaborate with Owner/Exec Chef on menu development
Who You Are
- 3+ years cooking Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, or upscale cuisine
- Strong at both cooking + kitchen management
- Proud of your craft — plating matters, consistency matters
- Calm under pressure, fast when it's busy
- Can teach others, hold them accountable, and build a team
- Understand food costing or ready to learn and own it
- Reliable, hungry, and ready to grow with a rising brand
Bonus points:
Arabic-speaking (Levantine preferred)
- Have worked in fast-paced kitchens with high standards
